The staff at Indulgences was warm, friendly and caring. Though I had suffered a tragic personal loss, they took great care of me and were understanding and supportive. I received a lot of hugs, which I so desperately needed. I began my experience at Indulgences and went for something different each week - pedicure, manicure, hair, massage, etc. Each time I felt pampered and was always pleased with great service. I became a ‘regular’ and it was comforting to me that they all began to know me, not only my story but also my journey. One staff member actually approached me before I left one day and shared a personal history of hers that somewhat related to mine. She told me how proud she was of me and hugged me. It was a touching moment I will never forget. Dr. Devlin’s office, similarly, was professional and friendly. The moment I walked in for my first consultation, I heard christian music playing in the office. How encouraging. While I was never ‘excited’ about cosmetic surgery and how I would look, I was curious about the outcome. Everything was explained to me in detail. During the consultation, Dr. Devlin, Molly and I met and discussed my story and the contest. I felt so supported. These people care. A lot of time was spent during the weeks following to make sure everything was up to high standard - the surgery, the desired results, and recovery. Dr. Devlin did a wonderful job.
