Appointments

* A credit card and an email address on file are mandatory to book an appointment with us.

All visits are by appointment only and we try to accommodate your requests. We encourage you to book appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time.

Our spa is often times booked in full 2-3 weeks in advance during the busy season {Spring/Summer}.

Cancellations

All appointments must be cancelled with 24 hours notice to avoid a full price charge.
Out of respect for our other clients and as a courtesy to our staff, there is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for any treatments booked. All appointments must be secured by a credit card.

Products

For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any make up or skin care products.

Special Circumstances

For your safety, please inform us of any special conditions such as, pregnancy, hypertension, medical conditions, allergies or disabilities to ensure maximum benefits.

SPA Atmosphere

We ask that all cell phones be turned to vibrate while in the spa. In the case of an emergency call, we ask that you either speak very quietly or take the call in the spa lobby.

Children are not allowed in the spa area, but are welcome to sit and wait in the lobby if they are well behaved and at least 8 years old. Our Staff is Great but they are not trained in Child Safety!

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment. If your arrival is late, your service(s) may need to be shortened or adjusted to accommodate our schedule and other guests. However, you will be charged for the service for which you were originally booked!
